OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
3. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD. The number of entries submitted will not increase your chances of winning. One completed valid entry per person will be accepted into the random draw.
4. The promotion commences June 11, 2013 in all eligible Indian states and closes on June 30 2013 at 5:30pm (IST).
5. Entry is open to legal Indian residents residing within India who are 18yrs or older and complete and submit an on-line survey that will be emailed to them during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
6. Random Draw: There will be three gift certficates valued at approximately Rs. 2000, Rs. 1000 and Rs 500. Total prizes valued at Rs. 3500. Prizes are not transferable or refundable or exchangeable and subject to availability. The promoter Cerebral Works, Inc., reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal value. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Only one prize per person drawn, totaling three winners overall.
7. The random prize draw will take place at Bhushan Systems & Consultants Limited Head Office located at 69/99, First Floor, Ganpati Marg, V. T. Road, Mansarovar, Jaipur Rajasthan 302020, India on July 30 at 11:00 AM. The winners will be determined by a random draw conducted by Bhushan Systems & Consultants Judges whose decisions are final and binding.
8. Winners will be notified by email or mail if email address is not available on July 14 2013. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners list will be published on Bhushan Systems & Consultants Limited website on or around July 16 2013. You can also request the list of the 3 winners by emailing [email protected]
10. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on October 11 2013 at 11:00 AM (IST), in order to re-draw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date. All entrants must be of the age of 18 years or over. Any winner/s of a previously unclaimed prize will be notified by email by October 18 2013.
11. The Promoter has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstake if it cannot be completed as planned. Promoter is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.
12. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS), the ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market and Social Research and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.
